“Spirit of the night”, questo il titolo della canzone che sarà presentata all’Eurovision Song Contest 2017 di Kiev dai rappresentanti dello Repubblica di San Marino: Valentina Monetta e Gimmi Wilson.
Per Valentina Monetta non sarà la prima esperienza su questo palco: è già stata presente infatti altre 4 volte purtroppo senza molta fortuna. Quest’anno quindi è in condizione di riprovarci, accompagnata da Gimmi Wilson, un cantante che di origine del Michigan, ora vive in Germania, e lo ricorderete sicuramente per il suo ruolo di Obama nel musical “Hope”.
I toni di questa canzone sembrano costruiti per gli Eurovision: si accompagna infatti ad un ritmo allegro e vivace un testo abbastanza semplice, in modo che tutti coloro che hanno anche una non elevata capacità di comprendere la lingua inglese.
